Nicolás is a seasoned professional in growth equity, impact investing, and wholesale banking, with over a decade of experience at global institutions such as Rabobank and the IFC (private arm of the World Bank Group).


He has worked across Mexico, LatAm, and the Iberian Peninsula, partnering with 30+ companies, from early-stage startups to publicly traded corporations.


His expertise spans M&A, private debt, and private equity, with a total exposure exceeding USD 1.5 billion.


He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and passed CFA Level II.
